We've always taken pride in serving authentic and sustainable dishes which not only nourishes our planet and bodies but also satisfies our souls and curiousities of foreign cultures and cuisines. This special edition is unlike anything we've tried before. Not only will the usual OPK principles be applied (local, organic, vegetarian), but we are also combining beautifully crafted hand-made porcelain dishes and cutlery by Sarah-Linda Forrer and elements by designer Martina Bianchi, together with a new country in our repertoire - Portugal, along with a beautiful setup in Embassy HQ Amsterdam and to top it all off, we are honored to work with Portugal's MasterChef finalist, Marta Gomes!
Organic wines and juices will also be included in this 3-course extravaganza. As we wish to keep the ecological footprint as low as possible, all the main ingredients will be locally sourced from certified farms per usual, while the wines will be regionally sourced. Please note the event is likely to be recorded and we would also like your feedback on the creative cutlery and your experience eating from them.
